We only use
high-end professional video equipment. We shoot our videos in one of
many formats: standard or high definition; 4:3 or widescreen format;
and 24, 30 or 60 frames per second. Most of our videos are natively
shot in high definition for the best resolution possible, allowing for
optimum quality in our post production.
The choice of
settings are yours. We even simplify the selection by explaining to
you, in full details, what to expect from a video shoot with the
various settings. Our personal choice? Well, we enjoy shooting in high
definition at 30 frames per seconds... but the format is always left
up to our clients. Why 30 frames per seconds? Because the final result
makes the video look more like a movie recorded on film as opposed to
the look you get from a standard consumer camcorder that shoots at 60
frames per seconds.
Our in-house post
production is achieved through a choice of video editing and
production software, selecting the program of our choice for the
specific production purpose. From basic post-production programs, to
complex multi-track audio and video programs, Shannon Leigh
Photography can fulfill your video editing desires.

Photography recently added a new service to our video production
line-up. We now compose and arrange our own music tracks, when
requested. This is an added service that caters to commercial video
productions where music is required and licensing or copyrights are
strictly observed. We are also able to assist with the purchasing of
music licenses and royalty-free music for your needs. Please contact

Special Touch
Another unique
and signature service provided by Shannon Leigh Photography is the
addition of actual credits to your video in much the same fashion as a
big "Hollywood" movie does. This service adds that creative, custom
touch to any video, making it a true keepsake with the names of your
most important members.
